Happy New Year

by Sleepy Dog Cabins on January 2, 2012

Clear and cold here in the northwoods  and interesting. On December 31, 2011 while sitting looking out the window with visiting friends Ken and Judy, we watched 11 Wolves appear along the shore line of the narrows and walk away down Wabaskang.   Tom wonders about the connection between the year ending, the number of wolves and the fact that they were walking away.  Metaphoric anyway.

And while your in this wonder state , think on this Polish proverb…………..

Fish, to taste right, must swim three times – in water, in butter and in wine. —–
